Olanrewaju “Lanre” Etti believes education and opportunity can transform the future of young people. His leadership spans healthcare, technology, behavioral health, and community development.
As Founder and Executive Director of Truecare Behavioral Health Systems, he has worked closely with individuals and families facing personal, social, and economic challenges—strengthening his commitment to mentorship and creating opportunities for those often overlooked.
Through The Output Project, he is preparing at-risk and underserved youth for tomorrow’s careers in technology and beyond—combining technical training with mentorship, character development, and career preparation.
His mission is simple: to help young people see a future beyond their present circumstances and give them the skills, confidence, and support needed to pursue it.

Every program is mapped to real employer needs — validated by health systems, tech firms, and growth-sector companies right here in Baltimore.
Participants learn the foundations of artificial intelligence, responsible AI use, prompt engineering, generative AI tools, automation, and the ways AI is changing education, business, healthcare, and society.
Participants are introduced to digital safety, online privacy, network security, cyber awareness, ethical technology use, and potential career pathways within the cybersecurity industry.
Students develop foundational knowledge in computers, software, hardware, cloud tools, digital collaboration, troubleshooting, and workplace technology.
Participants learn how data is collected, organized, interpreted, visualized, and used to support business and community decision-making.
Students explore career opportunities in AI, machine learning, healthcare technology, cloud computing, robotics, software development, digital media, technology support, and other developing industries.
Many young people have the intelligence and creativity needed to succeed in technology but lack access to training, equipment, professional networks, mentors, and clear information about emerging careers.
At the same time, employers across the United States need workers with skills in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis, software, automation, cloud technology, and digital operations.

Students are connected with mentors, business leaders, technology professionals, educators, and community members who can provide guidance, encouragement, accountability, and exposure to new possibilities.
We provide accessible educational workshops for families, adults, seniors, entrepreneurs, and community organizations on topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity awareness, digital safety, and technology in the workplace.
Participants identify real community problems and develop technology-enabled ideas, services, or business concepts that could help address them.

America’s future competitiveness will depend on its ability to prepare workers for rapidly changing industries.
Our programs combine practical education, industry exposure, mentorship, hands-on application, career opportunities, and strong community partnerships to help participants thrive in an ever-changing technology landscape.
