— Building a Local Talent Pipeline

The Output Project aims to help build that workforce from within our own communities.

We recruit from every Baltimore neighborhood. Our cohorts reflect the city — and that’s precisely why our graduates are trusted to lead.

Young people gain access to meaningful career pathways
Families gain opportunities for long-term economic stability.

Baltimore should not merely observe the future of technology. Baltimore should help build it.

Changing the Narrative About Baltimore

Baltimore is often discussed in terms of crime, poverty, and social challenges. Those realities cannot be ignored, but they do not represent the full identity or potential of our city.

Baltimore is also a city of resilience, culture, intelligence, creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
