The future of work is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data, automation, and other emerging technologies are reshaping industries and creating new career opportunities.
The Output Project is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization preparing young people and underserved communities to participate in that future.
Through accessible technology education, workforce development, mentorship, and character-building programs, we help participants develop the knowledge, confidence, discipline, and practical skills needed to pursue meaningful careers in the modern economy.
We are not simply teaching technology. We are building people, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to opportunity.
Hands-on learning in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Software Development, Automation, and other emerging technologies.
Career readiness training, resume building, interview preparation, internships, and job placement support that connect learners to meaningful employment.

The mission of The Output Project is to equip Baltimore-area youth and underserved individuals with practical skills in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, information technology, data, and other emerging career fields.
We combine technical education with mentorship, professional development, entrepreneurship, and character formation so participants can recognize their potential, make informed life choices, and prepare for sustainable employment.
Our broader mission is to help transform Baltimore and its surrounding communities into a recognized hub for developing the next generation of American technology professionals.

Communities
A batter Baltimore
We envision a Baltimore where young people are not defined by their ZIP codes, economic circumstances, or exposure to crime, but by their talent, preparation, creativity, and potential.
We envision communities where technology education is accessible, emerging careers are within reach, and every young person can see a legitimate pathway toward success.
Our long-term vision is to build a local talent pipeline that supports America’s future workforce while creating economic opportunity, stronger families, safer neighborhoods, and a more positive image of Baltimore.
